Click Refresh Lead Studio is an internal tool used to research businesses, organize prospective business contacts, prepare outreach drafts, and review campaign information. This policy explains how Click Refresh handles information through the tool.
Information we collect
We may collect and process:
Business names, websites, industries, locations, and company sizes.
Professional contact information, including names, job titles, business email addresses, and business telephone numbers.
Research notes, source references, targeting criteria, and outreach drafts.
Campaign activity, such as replies, delivery failures, and unsubscribe requests.
Information provided directly to us through correspondence or an opt-out request.
Information may come from our staff, imported files, publicly available business sources, and authorized discovery or enrichment providers.
How we use information
We use this information to identify relevant businesses, evaluate potential business relationships, verify professional contact details, prepare personalized communications, measure campaign performance, and maintain suppression lists.
We do not use the tool to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or eligibility for essential services.
Google Maps Platform
The tool may use Google Maps Platform’s Places API to display business information for on-demand research. Search information is sent to Google to fulfill the request.
In the current version, Google Places results are displayed for review and are not saved to the tool’s lead database, exported, or submitted to an AI model.
Google’s processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Use of Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Service providers and AI tools
When enabled, discovery, enrichment, email verification, or campaign providers may receive the information needed to perform an approved action. These providers may include Apollo, Google Maps Platform, and Instantly. Additional providers will be identified here as they are connected.
Optional AI drafting currently uses an existing local model service. Selected research information is processed on the local computer. The tool does not currently submit drafting requests to a hosted AI provider.
The current application does not automatically send emails or activate campaigns.
Sharing information
We may share relevant information with authorized staff, service providers supporting the purposes described above, professional advisers, or authorities when required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information collected through this tool.
Storage and security
The current tool stores imported leads, research notes, campaign drafts, and suppression records in a local database on an authorized computer. API credentials are stored separately in local configuration.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and limit access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for our business purposes, legal obligations, and the handling of requests.
We may retain limited suppression information after other contact information is deleted so that we can continue honoring an unsubscribe or do-not-contact request.
Your choices and requests
You may contact [Privacy email address] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you, or to object to its use for outreach. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights. We may request information needed to confirm your identity and respond to your request.
To stop marketing communications, use the opt-out method provided in the message or email [Opt-out email address]. You do not need to create an account to opt out.
Children’s information
The tool is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the tool or our practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
